I used to be able to go hrs. between cigs but now I have this yummy choclate mint vape in frront of me and I can't leave it alone! It's like a warm andes mint melting in my mouth. I'm at 18 mg. nic and get no shakes or other negative side effects and am 4 days analog free!! Maybe if I had more of a tobacco flavor I'd hit it less, but damn it's good!! How about you?? Happy Sunday!!!! :vapor:

I vape soo so much more than I used to smoke. I think it happens because our 'hand to mouth' addiction is much stronger than the nicotine addiction. Also vaping is so much tastier than smoking. As long as you're not craving jobs a good en!

Either way I'm the same as you just a month ago I was a 20 a day smoker and now I tote on 10-18mg all day long.

Good job on 4 days :)

I tend to hit it more often then I smoked cigarettes, but I have not done a hit to hit comparison. I'd guess I take as many hits off my ecig that I did off analogs in a given day. What I mean is that when you light an analog most people don't just hit it once and put it out. So you hit your ecig and then hit it again in 5 minutes as apposed to hitting an analog multiple times in one sitting. I would be it all averages out.

Happy Sunday Roonies,

Don't worry about it. Your body will tell you when you have had enough. Right now you are over-vaping because you body is craving the other addictive chemicals in regular cigarettes that are not in a eCig. That addiction will slowly diminish over the next few months so let it fade naturally.

Make sure to drink enough water while you are vaping as PG can dehydrate you.

When I sit around, definitely. When I'm out or active, probably not. When I consider all the required smokes, before and after sleeping, eating, sh--ing, showering, a good song, driving, red lights, taking out the trash, checking the mailbox, etc etc etc, I bet I inhaled more smoke than anything.

I do vape a lot more when Im at home but I have found at work I can go a lot longer in between vaping then I ever did with smoking. I believe that there is more in cigs then nicotine that keeps you hooked. I felt awful that first month even though I was getting my nicotine but after that I was fine.

I have also vaped 0 nicotine sometimes and still didn't have any real cravings.
