To all who are thinking of ordering or are waiting on your order - Do yourself a favor and order an e-cig from someone else. If your new to e-cigs and think that Blu looks like a good deal, it isn't, not worth all the wait and hassle. I've had mine for a couple of months and have had a premature burn-out of an atty, two bad batteries and I need to get the replacement they just shipped me replaced. I'm glad I took advice from this forum and ordered a 510 a month ago otherwise I'd be back to smoking Camel lights that now when I smoke one tastes like yuck! If I didn't have a spare e-cig and had to rely on Blu, I'd be a wheezing analog smoker still. So do yourselves good, cancel your order, order from some company who can fulfill your order within 7-10 days and vape happy and consistantly. Just my advice, that's all.

Of course, you take your chances in any case. Just look at all the people who ordered 510s from Innovapor because they had a terrific reputation, and then got blindsided with multiple-week shipping delays. (Nothing against Innovapor-- I just ordered a 510 from them myself, and I know they got hit by problems with faulty stock, first with PCCs, then with new 510 attys that didn't fit old carts.)

blu definitely has had the worst delays by far, though-- at least, the worst I've heard of. I think my time from order to delivery was about three weeks, but I wasn't in a particular hurry, so I wasn't much bothered. Personally, I haven't had any equipment problems after a month. When I ordered extra atomizers they arrived in five days. I just ordered extra batteries, too, and I'll be interested to see how long those take to show up.

At this point, I suspect that smaller dealers ship fastest. I think that blu mostly got swamped because they were too good at marketing, and didn't foresee tons of shipments getting seized by customs or the FDA or whatever so they couldn't satisfy the massive demand they'd created.

I almost exclusively deal with The Electronic Cigarette company now. They have a warehouse in Michigan which is where I live. I make an order and at the most 3 days later it's in the mailbox. I even called them up the other day to see if I could add to an order. The woman on the other end asked me to spell my last name and before I could finish, she says, "Oh, Chris! How are you!" Creepy, but nice! Also Clean Smoke, they're out of Florida. I figured Florida, OK, shipping should get here quick. But it seems they don't stock their products and you have to wait for them to be shipped from China. Decent prices though. Finally, the other day, I ordered a 510 PPC from GoodProphets. Again, about 3or 4 days and it was in my mail box. Apperently they do stock their own products and have good prices. So for now, for my needs, these three companies are going to be my mainstay e-cig suppliers. I am not an employee or an affiliate of any of these companies, they have just treated me right and they'll get my business and loyalty from now on.
