does 900maH ego battery put out more voltage than a standard 510

one thing I'm EXTREMELY happy about either way is that even if I vape the hell out of this batt it's probably gonna last no less than six hours -- which is pretty amazing to me

From what I understand, the batts will just last longer between charges the higher the mAh's. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Regardless, I'm glad you are enjoying your 900mAh!!! I have a 1300 and have yet to run one empty in a day. Good stuff.

Short answer is no. While all 510's (including the eGO) are technically 3.7v batteries, the internal controls regulate the V to around 3.2 under use. The bigger the battery the longer it lasts - not more voltage.

The other consideration is whether they "hold" their voltage throughout the usage and i believe the answer is no. Therefore in some sense, your average voltage delivered per hit with a bigger battery is likely more.

But regardless, all 510's deliver about 3.2v under use after you take them off the charger. The only question is whether they hold that 3.2v when battery gets low - and I believe the answer is no.

just the standard ones -- I could probably go with the LR though on nights where I drink - instead of buying different juices for those occasions

LR isn't gonna hurt this battery right? just make it run out of charge faster -- any idea how much faster?

I don't "think" the Boge LR ones are a problem as they are 2.0 Ohms - which some don't even really consider low resistance. I think the problem has been when people use the 1.5.

How many ohms does it say on the box for those, out of curiosity.

I thought I noticed a strong plastic-ey smell with two of them that made me panic a little when I first got them, but either whatever was making the smell of plastic burnt off... or it was just something in the juice that made it seem like that -- if it was the first option, I hope I don't grow a pair of **** due to endocrine disruption or whatever
