I'm thinking of buying a vision spinner just to get something different than the Ego Twists I currently use.But besides the fact you can see the markings and knurled wheel does it perform differently in any way and are there any issues with them??
Does a vision Spinner perform better than an Ego Twist??

Performance should be the exact same. Only difference there is the spinner starts at 3.3v whereas the twist starts as low as 3.2v
Also, it could just be me but i feel like I've seen a lot of complaints about the spinner here on the forums, just random issues like not charging or other things of that nature. I have several twists and have had zero issues with them.

lol - I have both and they are really the exact same to me, no difference in performance and I never look at the markings so that's not really an issue (I just twist until it tastes right). Careful though because they twist in opposite directions to increase voltage so it's annoying when you get use to one and then switch.
One annoyance though is that the Vision Spinner's light stays on while it's charging (not a big deal) but it annoys the hell out of me.

Never owned a twist but held a few, and I can say that my 1300 spinner just seems to feel better in my hand.... More "substantial" if you will (I have big mitts lol).

no the 8 verses 10 sec timeout isnt a big deal, unless you can really take that big of a pull
I have /had both I like the 1300 spinner better. was shorter but fatter making it more comfortable to hold and it lasted longer usually about 10 hours for me
