Since you like that, here's some more. Other than the obvious windjammer fairing, sissy bar, and luggage rack, Dad did a few more
mods. He didn't like how tall it rode, so had a 16" Harley rim laced up to the original brake drum on the rear to lower it. Then changed the drive sprocket for one more tooth to retain the final gearing. I have to be careful when using the sidestand, as it stands a little too upright. Getting it on the center stand takes some muscle too.
It's also sporting an oil cooler and 2 into 1 pipes. The original 4 into 4 exhaust never had a chance to rust out like they all did. He swapped those for a set of ...... 4 into 1's and went to the current setup when he got tired of the noise. No matter what, there's nothing in the world that sounds better than those 900's, even now.
The way it sits now is just like it was when I took my first ride on the back when I was 7 yrs old.
