Liberty Flights is the only ecig site that I know of that takes Pay Pal. It is a good site quick shipping and good prices. They take PayPal because they are in the UK and thats where payment goes but if you order your order is shipped from the US.
Healthcabin.net will have Joye 306s for VERY CHEAP. its a Chinese supplier, get the cheaper shipping, its a 2-4 week delivery time but if you're in no rush, its worth the wait...
Overseas suppliers often take it. I've heard tell that if there is an indication you're using it for ecig stuff domestically though they can close your accounts.
Vendors outside of the United States usually accept Paypal.
As noted above, Liberty Flights will accept Paypal and will ship from the US because they have a store here too.
Totally Wicked is another foreign company that accepts Paypal but can ship from here.

I heard they don't cause they don't want anything to do with tobacco...even tho it's not tobacco.
I even heard they can fine you if they find out you bought anything from e-cig stores. Check around , you won't see much paypal banners on any e-cig site.
I ordered from (EDITED) couple of days ago and they still do.

We do not list Suppliers that might accept PayPal...it's a fast way to get them shut down.
