If you sell E-Liquid with Paypal make sure they don't say in the Notes

eBay doesn't rate any better than PayPal in my book. Unfortunately, I feel like there is no alternative. It's like a monopoly.

It really sucks cuz I've just set up a PayPal account for the same reason as in OP. I might be lucky though being in Europe am I?
