My two cents for beginners.. skip the basic eGo, and go right to either an eGo Spinner or an eGo Twist.

Variable voltage is really a must! This allows you to find the exact voltage you want... if your juice is tasting burned, you can dial the voltage down. If you're getting frustrated, because you don't seem to be able to get enough of a draw or enough vapor, dial your voltage up!

With the price of the eGo Twist and eGo Spinners now at around $22-25, they're well worth it! (Keep in mind, you'll need an eGo charger... small cable you screw the eGo into, and then plug into the wall, when it needs a charge)

Chargers can be found for about $7!

Im at the exact same point. Tried a bunch of devices and spent countless amounts of money. Stuff just sitting around never being used. I have my go to set up and that is what I use 95% of the time.

I'm a proponent of KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid). I have tried different things just to experiment and satisfy my curiosity. I just keep coming back to my cartomizers. I am no longer tempted to buy the next shiny object...I've found what works for me, and that's all that matters.

I first started with a vivi nova and an ego twist.. It was very easy to use and learned a lot along the way as I used it

I started with the ITASTEvv and I love it you can change the volts.
