You look at a chick that smokes and it doesn't look too cute, but dang, if you see a chick vaping, they're automatically attractive!

As to the topic, I think it's because they're not all dehydrated and worn out from cigarette smoke. Literally every lady here is gorgeous and looks far younger than smokers of equivalent age.
