3 words. Drink more water. Also, consider experimenting with pg/vg ratios. I've noticed that higher pg content gives me a soar throat while higher vg content gives me cotton mouth. In both cases, moderation and plenty of water is the answer.
I cough every time. I mean every time I inhale a fair bit of vapor. Maybe it is the flavor, or the strength. A hard candy or a swig of water does help a bit. Everybody says there is an adjustment period.
I would agree you probably need to drink more water. Luckily, I drink like a fish so besides the first 1-2 months vaping adjusting to the experience itself, I haven't had this problem.
Also it may depend on your Nic Level or the Ratio of PG/VG. I personally have a PG allergy which really makes my throat kinda sore. When I went to a 50/50 blend my throat was not sore anymore.
I have to agree with the plenty of water answers. I mix my own 70VG/30PG 10 % nic juice and find after a long day of vaping my voice is a little raspy. I'm always good to go in the morning
