Does anyone know how to edit your profile photo?

Go to the top right side of the screen and click "setting" this should take you to the page where you can edit your profile pic.
Also Profile pic is different from the Avatar pic. The Avatar is what you see on the posts, the profile is only seen when you visit the actual persons profile. 
Edit to add:
It might not be visible until about 25 minutes after the hour when the server resets. You have just gotten your 5 post minimum in. Just a few more minutes and you should be good
