How do you put one in your profile?

To upload a profile picture, click on 'Edit Profile Picture' in the 'My Profile' section (click on Settings and go to My Settings, on the left).

thanks...not seeing 'Edit Profile Picture' . Is there a rulle a new memeber has to wait awhile before posting a photo?

Did you click on settings in the top right corner of the page, next to your log in (and out) info?
