Does anyone know if snus are subject to Federal Excise Tax?

I am not seeing snus in there at all so I was wondering...

It would be considered snuff, or smokeless tobacco. I've seen the same type of chart but it had a smokeless tobacco category. Fed tax will be $1.51 lb. That's not to bad.

What is going to get me is state taxes as in Wisconsin it's 100% of established manufactures price. That will be at least a few dollars a can.

Or is someone doing something to try to get that tax in place?
