It's varying levels of leaking from different ones. Some soak the battery apparently, lol.. some are just tiny drops you taste on your tongue, and wonder how bad that is since they tell you to wear gloves when you handle e-juice. xD Sometimes it clogs it up.

I use clear juice, it's 60pg/40vg. Earl Grey Tea... sounds weird, I know.

Always let your tank rest on a paper towel before you attach it to your batter y. Then you will see if it is leaking.
Also a tiny bit of liquid in the mouth piece could simply be a little bit of vapor condensation. Nothing to really worry about.
Twist the corner of a paper towel and wipe out your mouth piece once in awhile.

When you use bottom coil clearo's like the evod, protanks, nautilus, one sure way to avoid leaking is to get into the habit of storing it upside down.

the leak is almost always to do with the coil; sometimes it's just a set of coil heads that are leaky; sometimes you just misthreaded the coil head; and then of course, they do tend to become more leaky the longer you run the same coil.

I ended up ordering an ecom c. I thought this crappy bat I had was a Joytech, and come to find out.. by looking at it.. xD that it's a Kanger. I think I hate Kanger. Joytech is quality, always has been. I looked up a bunch of reviews and couldn't find anything bad on the ecom. Lots of 5 stars and such. I'm going to probably go back to only buying from Joytech. Another great thing is they have 6 month warranties on their products.

What works best for me is Achilles from Titanium mods Ukraine and then I use along with it GUS LORD Telescopic Mechanical mod. Lovely combination that never leaks and never any problem with.

Achilles is a dripping atomizer but its built different way than most drippers , it has a chimney and a air hole that is connectd to the chimney. You just have to take a look at it , then you understand how it works , and another good thing about it is that you can get a lot of eliquid into it. So you dont need to be dripping all the time.

If I where to start over , I would buy 2 Achilles, two Gus Lord. Nothing else.

I've been using evods, evod 2's with the dual coil for months. I've had exactly two leaks. Both into the battery. They're sealed though so that's an easy clean. Even when they've cracked they've never leaked outside of the tank. But I'm starting to move away from plastic and into glass. I got a couple EMOW mega's a couple weeks ago and these (so far) are pretty close to perfect. Except for the condensation and moisture buildup in the drip tip I've not seen a drop of juice escape this thing. Except for once when I didn't screw it together tight enough. But I'm a dumbass like that sometimes.
I recomend you try one before you give up on Kanger totally.
Oh and it's sturdy as all hell. Feels like you could drop this thing from low earth orbit and it wouldn't get a scratch on it lol.

I have found that leaking and flooding, gurgling dry hits a lot of the time is down to bad coils. A lot of stock coils that you buy have very bad quality control. I have 5 emow MEGA tanks and I use them all on a daily basis, 4 I keep the same juice in and one I use for trying new flavours.

My suggestion is look at rebuilding your coils yourself. Using Japanases cotton as the wick greatly reduces the problems of flooding, gurgling, juice in the mouth etc. I turn all of my coils in to a vertical micro coil.

Only been vaping a couple months-ish now myself. I can definitely vouch for the iclear 16 clearomizer. its top coiled so, while you may have to twirl it a bit to keep the wicks wet, just dont fill it over the upper wicks and try to not get it upside down and it'll be pretty reliable. They sell replacement coil heads at 2.1 and 1.8 ohms from what i've found but if you learn how to dry burn you have to change the coil much less often. I've only changed mine because I like tinkering and so i almost always end up tearing something apart just to see if i can improve it.

Like other's mentioned, rewicking a bottom coil seems to help with leaking too. Wonderful guy here on ecf sent me a kanger t3s with rayon wick in place of what i assume would be sillica, and it didn't leak at all and changing the wick is much easier than it looks at first. If you don't wanna mess with that, and don't mind a pretty warm vape, pick up an iclear 16 (i'm pretty sure iclear 30 is more or less the same only bigger capacity) and just don't put any tank crackers inside it and you should be good to go.

I use a few t3s' a prptank and a handful of vivi novas everyday. With stock coils 90% of the time. If anything I remove the flavor wicks from the t3s and used a rolled up piece of cotton instead. Me and my significant other have no issues with leaks.

I've been vaping a long time and my favorite tank of all time is the Innokin iClear 30S. Rock solid. No dry hits, no gurgling, no leaking, it just works. The coils last for a LONG time (~6 wks) and replacements are cheap. You can't go wrong with one of these babies.

I'm so ...... off. I had a good experience with the Protank1 but I eventually got tired of rebuilding the coils and wanted something newer and supposedly better. So I moved on the Aspire Nautilus which is just a joke due to inconsistent coils. After getting fed up with the Nautilus I went out today and bought a Kanger Aerotank and I'm getting no flavor. I am using a somewhat thicker juice but it should still work.

These newer clearomizers are more than double the price of the original Protank and just seem plagued with issues. They're great when they work but it seems you have to be one of the lucky ones.

Just in vapor's hell right now. I can't afford to end up with more garbage!

After reading it all, I guess we all look at things in our own way. I am rather a product of what I learn, most of it here from all of you.

I have had minor leaks, a drop or three. I do try to be careful when I fill, etc. When I do finish filling, it is inevitable that a bit of juice will get squeezed out of the screw twists, etc. I use alcohol prep pads from Walmart to wipe the outside, 510 pin and 510 well.

Cigarettes were so easy, BT wants it that way so we can be lazy and fast about getting a "fix". I see it as a hobby, relaxing with a reward. But, I do take the time to learn and practice and understand what is going on. Cigs were easy, but so bad. My doctor says to keep going.

I have multiple tanks with juice in them so I don't have to work for my first "draw" of the day. I keep things clean and make sure all is sufficiently tight.

It takes some work, but it sure is worth it.

Ive been at this for 15 months and still get frustrated. Just today I mentioned how cigs were way easier..... But I know the issue and solution. My problem is also leaking, naw lets call it flooding cause I'll "drag through" a little leak for a while till I take time to fix it. When it's flooded beyond able to hit, and I'm too BUSY to fix it....I'm .......

Problem, I'm "actively working" and its in one of my pockets being shook around. Too much movement/strenuous work whilst it's in your pocket and flooding occurs. AND/OR (and no-one mentioned this) The "seal" of it is cracked.....somewhere....therefore no "vacuum" on the liquid. This is obvious when you drop it (maybe for the 10th time) and it looks crooked. The inner stem doesn't look centered any longer, sometimes the whole mouthpiece separates from lower section. Its trash, discard now.. Get new one out.

BTW, I like my MVP and Kanger T3S BCC, stock coils MINUS both flavor wicks.

Reliable, but NOT shakeable.
