I dunno...I just dropped about $100 today but I shop wisely, use coupon codes whenever I can, and now at three months in I have a massive stockpile of different juices, three KGO kits and a buttload of different types of cartos.

However, I'm not really enticed by bigger and better mods or PVs because thus far I'm quite happy with the status quo! Also my spending will slow down now that I've figured out what juices I like and I have batteries and cartos and chargers etc to spare.
Yet I am STILL ahead of the game, cost-wise, compared to smoking. And definitely ahead health-wise, so it's all good.
I hear ya about it feeling like more of an outlay when you spend a bunch at a time, instead of a little here and a little there for smokes though.

I bought 3 cartons of smokes a month, before I quit. As long as I keep it under $150 a month, I come out ahead financially. However, I'm stocked up on juice supplies for about 4 months, and have 20 Boge 2.0 cartos that I clean after ever 5ml, and my X2's seem to be doing well. I'll break even after this month, and then I'm still probably good for a few months. Don't intend on spending much for a while, other than the occasional accessory or flavor additive (in which I already have 20 different flavor additives).

The biggest thing is that I come out ahead in recouped health.

New things keep coming and to be honest people go nuts and in turn you want the feeling they have. Makes it real hard. So u buy something thinking its the end all and it sucks. U keep doing it over and over. Your best bet is to just sit back and watch the show once you get happy. I fell into the hype of a few things. Its left me with lots of money going out and not being very happy.

Get a Provari or Buzz Pro that way half of the battle is taken care of. Then look for some good things to put on it. That can be very tricky. Knowing what I know now I stay away from vision. They flood the market with things that work for 50% of us or less.

In a month my dude and I have spent over $300(combined) which is about equivalent to what we spent smoking per month. So we've broke even ... So far. He is content with what he has, found a juice he likes and is good to go. I however have bookmarked folders on my iPhone- lol...flavors to try, vendors, attys clearos cartos, flavors I think he will like, the spending possibilities go on and on. I cant stop wanting more things $$$

No peer pressure though.

Well... they say when you do away with one vice, another one takes its place. Kick your shoes off and get comfy, because that new vice is vaping. It's tasty, it's healthier, and eventually it will save you money (or so they say).

Besides... If we didn't spend our money...then why bother going to work...or even getting out of bed for that matter?

Agreed! I'm so into it in a very short period of time. Im usually more of a utilitarian about things but with this i feel like we should be having fun. After our initial purchase ($100 prosmoke supermini set)<--- no me gusta... We've only spent $80 on juice, some delicious some bogus, and $120 on hardware and accessories. Not bad at all. We intend on spending freely for two more months, getting whatever we (I?...) want and then at least trying to save the money we would have spent smoking and only using half of that towards vaping. The rest goes towards a honeymoon. Woot woot
