Does KangerTech make tanks that aren't garbage?

I love the mini protank 2. I used one everyday until I got into rba's

I HATED my mini 2. It always leaked onto the battery. Then something weird started happening: the base refused to screw on anymore. I had changed the o-rings to fix this but that didn't help at all. Because the threading was so weak, the tank would burst open in my pocket and stain the inside with juice.

If I was any less level-headed than I am now, I would have thrown it in the street out of pure frustration. It's because of this experience that I will never touch another kanger product again. I'm a firm believer that they are a waste of time and money. Disgusting.

I've never used the T3, but I can't rate the Aerotank - non mini - highly enough. I had one or two teething problems, but I was new to the whole thing and I caught on quickly enough because it was so simple to use. I have three and they are my go to tank when I don't feel like messing around with my new Kayfun Lite Plus. They just work. I also have 3 EVOD 2 that I use with an Ego battery at work for a quick vape. They're good too, but after the airiness of the Aerotank, they feel a bit tight and I end up having them unscrewed slightly to get a bit more air in. I hope you don't let your experience with the T3 put you off Kanger altogether. I really believe they make some good products. Class leaders? I don't know...I'm not that experienced with other similar tanks. They were the easiest for me to get and the cheapest overall, plus I think they look great. Good luck and I hope you get sorted soon. Nothing more frustrating than a misbehaving bit of kit.

I think the varied responses in this thread give you a good answer OP, fact is that regardless of which clearomizer you buy, you are going to have some type of issues. You have two choices I suppose, one is to fiddle, play with and cajole your current clearo into acceptable performance. The other is to keep spending money until you find something that works for you.

Unfortunately it's the nature of the beast. I realize that answer is unsatisfactory, but just spend a few minutes checking out the threads on this forum and you'll see there are hundreds of people that love a particular product, and hundreds that have had nothing but bad experiences with that same product.

Best advice I can give you is change the coil head first. Then figure out how the thing works - from top to bottom. That way you'll be able to fix any issues you encounter in the future. You might be fortunate but most B&Ms will not take back a used clearomizer no matter how it is performing.

Finally, another unsatisfactory comment, you really will have a much better experience rebuilding the coil heads yourself. I know it's not for everyone, but controlling how the coil heads are made is pretty much the only way to guarantee good quality.

I had some major issues when I got my first T3. I had some flooding issues intermittently and when the inner tube broke off from the mouthpiece (probably from dropping it like 100 times) I bought a few T3S's to go with my eGO C-twists. I had fewer flooding problems, but still had some. I realized after a ton of trial and error, that pretty much all of it was user error. When I get flooding or spitting it's usually one of three things: either my coil is in bad need of a cleaning (often the case), the battery needs a re-charge, or the coil head has unscrewed itself from the base. If I check and fix all of these things, clean out all battery connections if they have juice on them and clean out the inner tube with a rolled up paper towel it always fixes the flooding and spitting. I really don't anything about the T3 but I love the Kanger Aerotank Mega, Kanger is just about the only one putting out sub ohms atomizers to go with them. Love the Mega with a 0.8 atomizer

I've always found Kanger to be very dependable. I started with an EVOD and now I use an EVOD2. Both quite stable. It sounds to me like you just got one of the 1-3% that fall through the cracks.
Lealicia (cute name) hit the high spots - too lose, too tight, cleaning and a low battery really can turn a good tank into a piece of junk. (what battery was that?)
Another thing that surprised me was letting the juice get too low will make it just run out the bottom. Take a look at the Smok RBC, they're cheap and there's really nothing to go wrong. Or maybe go back to a top coil - same thing - there are some dual coil replaceable ones.
Now, just for the sheer Snark value of it: If it's brand new and you bought it at a store why are you here whining at us? TAKE IT BACK /end snark

Theres good stuff and bad stuff in any manufacturing chain hehe. Ive got the 2 Evod tanks that came with my kit a month or so ago and theyve been nothing but awesome the entire time. Who knows, I could get 'lucky' and the next one I buy will suck, or my next pack of coils will be bunk but so far Ive hit all aces..

While I have moved to Kayfuns at home - Kanger is still my Go-to Work tanks.

Leaking = Air Leak - Tank not sealed properly! Possible lost/missing Seal.

I just bought a mini nautilus last weekend and it is awesome with the bvc coils. I almost bought a kanger but I read too many bad reviews about them. I know aspire has their share of bad reviews also but the nautilus mini has been great so far for me.

Mini Protank 2 was great. Evod glass purchased 4 all doa right out of the box.

The only kangertech tank i've had problems with tend to be the glass ones as i have broken a number of them and super gluded them back to together to some extent. I noticed my best kangertech tank was the evod. It hasn't given me much issues and i like it. Currently using a clone but other then the cracking if you hold them to tight like anything plastic or glass i haven't had problems with them.

Aspire Nautilus or any Aspire tank. They are without a doubt the Best tank you can buy, excluding RBA's, in my opinion.

BTW Aspire has put out a Nautilus mini. Which is good because the original wasn't all that nice to look at. But I'm tellin you, I've tried a lot of different tanks and the Aspire is the very best.
I used to only use Kanger tanks but I always had problems with every single one. Until I decided to take the silica wik out of one of the single coils and replace it with organic cotton, it was a difference of night and day. No leakage and a much better flavor. But I still only recommend the Aspire tanks if you're having troubles still
But I personally stick to my Russian 91 (RBA)

Personally,out of the several tanks i have, the protank 3 is one of my favorites. I find it happens to give me the draw I am looking for, and nice clouds. It seems pretty high quality to me, and never leaks gurgles etc. Not my favorite line, but it is up there. I never had anything to complain about from Kanger

I have lots of Kanger tanks and they all work fine. Mini PT2&3 PT2&3 and an evod glass. I have added the airflow control V2 bases to all the ProTanks and they certainly work better but again they worked as advertised before.

I have many Aspire tanks as well and they all work well too. The Nautilus mini being the best of the bunch. I won't buy another tank that doesn't have airflow control. Too much of a crap shoot to see if you are going to like it.

Hope the new tank you choose works out for the better.

I haven't used original kanger tanks in a long time due to leaking issues. Now I'm running Kanger double coil heads in a Davide Aspire, the ring enables me to put the extra long head in that. Sooner or later new tanks will appear for that, but search for the Davide Aspire, mine hasn't leaked a drop since I bought it.
