Does paypal really close accounts for ordering eliquid?

Want nothing to do with paypal. Tried to order from one ecig vendor using a cc and couldn't because I have an old paypal account I haven't touched in something like 10 years. That's just really weird.

Funny to me because of my last 5 PP transactions 4 of them were for gun parts and 1 was for a kayfun.

I just use my PayPal pre-paid debit card for all of my online purchases (except eBay), I even paid for the gun in my avatar (Taurus PT809 ordered online) using my PP debit card. I've also used it for every vape related purchase I've made online. Of course I'm quite sure it's not under the same Terms & Conditions as the PayPal transfers, at least I can't find anything about restrictions on what you can (or can't) buy in the debit card's T&C.

As for the OP's question, I've never once heard of a buyer's account being shutdown for an ecig related purchase, but I have heard of a couple incidents where a seller's account was closed/frozen.

I've also purchased guns and vaping supplies with my Paypal debit card. Mt Baker Vapor and Action Gun show up on my statement at least twice a month and I've never had an issue. I heard a rumor that Paypal scans transactions for keywords but if that was the case, they would have shut down my card by now.

But since i haven't seen this to be a problem with paypal where i have went so far.
They get to stick around for a while longer and enjoy my money using abilities.

I hardly ever use pay pal to order stuff. What I've done is gotten a pre paid mastercard to use online so if anyone gets the number i'm out a couple dollars. Not a huge deal if I cant buy a coffee with it

Good idea ^^ Only some vendors require an address to verify the card holders identity. Have you had issues with this?

I don't know which ones, but at least a few of the prepaid debit cards have a website where you can attach an address to the card for online purchases.

Only US companies do not accept PayPal for ecig stuff. You can buy ecig stuff in other countries, however.

If you can't get through paypal (and lots of vendors don't accept it), buy a prepaid credit card to use for juice purchases. I have bought tanks and so forth on ebay and used paypal, so it isn't everything that is unacceptable, but I do think they take issue with juice.
