Hey everyone,

I'm new to this and I'm about to order a liter of 100mg/ml VG nicotine. One website (Diluted Nicotine Solution for E-Liquids) charges $100 dollars per liter and another website (100mg Wholesale Nicotine - 1 Liter) charges $39.99 per liter for the same product. Both products on both sites have great reviews and a five star rating. Nicvape has 65 reviews while ecig express has 18.

So my question is does price really make a difference in quality with vg nicotine? I feel like it would have to with a $60 dollar difference in pricing for a liter but I don't want to buy the much more expensive option if there isn't a difference.

Not really - it' actually quite hard to try and buy 'B-grade' nicotine/VG - it's all much of a muchness - made by the same few large companies to the same high standards.

One thing to watch out for is buying old stock - nicotine can 'yellow' from oxidising giving it a bit of a 'peppery' taste. It's not the worst thing in the world - it's not harmful, as far as anyone knows, and the taste isn't that bad.

I would think that nearly all places selling volume amounts of nic have constantly refreshed stocks on their shelves as they sell so much of it.

I would think as well that quite a few places have great deals on with the deeming regs coming in.

Welcome to ECF!

Nicotine like all vaping goods varies in quality. In a blind taste/vape test Nude Nicotine was judged the best nicotine on ECF. The test was not extensive in sample size but that has driven many customers to purchase it. You can find the doc with a search on ECF.

I buy Nude Nicotine Armor v2 extensively.

Yes and no. There are plenty of companies out there who will charge an arm and a leg for a substandard product. There's also plenty of deals to have. As a general rule, I always stick with vendors who have a good reputation on ECF. I haven't gone wrong with that system yet.

It also depends on what you're looking for. If you want the most smooth, highest quality nicotine base, you're probably going to pay a little more for it. Nude Nicotine is a popular vendor for those who are after that. Me personally? As long as it's a clean, safe product, I don't mind a little peppery taste. I mix my nicotine base so low (3-5 mg/ml, depending on what I'm vaping the juice in) that it's fairly inconsequential. If you're vaping an 18mg juice, and don't like a strong nicotine presence, you might want to pay more, for a cleaner taste.

Saying all that, you should always order a smaller sample size from your vendor of choice, before you pull the trigger on a large order. That way if you end up not liking their product, you're not out a bunch of money.
