I have been into DIY for a month now...Very much hit or miss so far but still sticking to it. I have read the threads but one thing I can't find is the answer to this question. Does the size of the mix determine steeping time? Meaning if I mix up a 5ml I won't have to steep? If I mix a 10ml will it need a few days to steep? 30ml, 50ml etc? If I mix up 1ml will it taste how a 30ml mix will taste in a week? Please advise and thanks in advance

all of needs to age, smaller bottles will age faster. But, it does not matter the batch size. If you make a 40ml batch and fill one 10ml bottle and one 30ml bottle, the 10ml will age faster. A 1ml batch will never taste the same as a 30ml batch, unless maybe you have some insanely accurate measuring technology you are hiding from us ;)
