does steeping alcohol out of juice damage the raw flavor of the juice its self?

The more the surface area is exposed to the air, the quicker the alcohol will evaporate. You can either remove the dripper cap for that or squeeze the bottle with the dripper cap on periodically.. expelling alcohol and getting more air in. Depending on the thickness of your juice (PG/VG/DW content) you can even transfer the juice into something with a broader surface area... like a cylinder, jigger, shot glass, etc. I wouldn't advise doing it with a thick juice as you'll loose to much but I do it with thin juices.

also is it possible to dissipate all alcohol from a juice or is it just some?

A Great Question.

Maybe you could do a Little Experiment and see what happens.

Take a Shot Glass and pour in Exactly 30ml of your Favorite Booze into an e-Liquid Bottle. Put it in the Crock Pot for However Long they tell you. And for However Hot they say it should be.

After the Time is Up, see if the Amount of the Booze in the e-Liquid Bottle has Gone Down Dramatically?

BTW - If you Really want to get Fancy, you could Weigh the Bottle with the Booze before you put it in the Crock Pot. Then weigh it when it Comes Out.
