Does the Marineland Rite-Size-U,Bonded, Blue Foam really work?

I get no wicking from cartridges on my 901. Can anyone who has tried it, tell me if the "Marineland Rite-Size-U,Bonded, Blue Foam" really makes the cartridges work?

Thanks for responding. I have not tried it yet. I'm just wondering if it will be worth buying. I want to know if it solves the wicking problem I'm having with the stock stuffing that comes originally in the cartridges.

Yeah and it works well and last forever. Just wash it out and dry on a paper towel and good to good. You might have to adjust it abit till u get it just right

Works just fine in the 510 and ego carts. you want it to fit somewhat loose in the cart, dont squezz it too much getting it to fit. I also did not make it as long as a cart, just a little shorter. When filling, I would push it down into the cart as much as possible, fill the cart with juice till it was almost to the top of the cart. Then pull it back up even with the cart top, perfect fit each time.

Yes. I love it. I use a "plug" of blue foam in all my 510 carts. It's about 1/2 or even 1/3 the length of the cart, and just wide enough to hold itself in the cart. If you have to squeeze it too much to get it in, then it won't wick right either. I fill my cart about 3/4 or more full, then with tweezers, I "dunk" the blue foam, then position it right at the edge. Works best of anything I've tried.

BEFORE you use it, wash it with soap and water. It has a "taste" to it if you don't.
