Does US Airport Security Allow us to Travel with our Vape Stuff?

Yeah, Pre-Check does make life a bit easier. As for the hotel room, I've had housekeeping present when I was vaping and she didn't even take a second look. I guess if it doesn't smell like a cigarette, and you're not setting off smoke alarms, they don't pay a lot of attention. For a hotel, the smell of a cigarette can rightfully be a big deal for the next check in, although I doubt it really costs them as much as the $200 they'll charge for the "extra room cleaning".

In the few hotels I've stayed at that had smoking floors (it's become really rare), even when I smoked the smell was awful.

vape in my rooms i have a PayPal debit card I use to pay for my room and dran the funds out of it so thy can try to fine me but it will decline

I don't stealth vape, but do like the opportunity to have a loaded tank in the carry on to take advantage of the smoking areas available at many European airports inside security.
If it is in your checked bag, cannot vape.
