Remember when you smoked analogs and you would have to clean the inside of your car's windshield?
Once I bought a piece of electronics gear from a guy who was an acquaintance and he had it sitting next to where he smoked and it was covered in goo. Had a heck of a time cleaning off the housing. Well you all know what I'm talking about.

Wondering if vaping leaves any kind of similar residue. I vape alot in the car and living in the FL heat I'm loving being able to do this with the window up. With analogs I always opened all the windows due to smell and it was awful in the summer time.
Will vaping leave anything on thwe window? How about in the house? I know its not smoke so there is a big difference but I'm wondering if there isn't some residue that is left behind?
Sorry if it seems to be a silly question.

I find there's a slight oily residue on the inside of my car windows, too, but I never smoked analogs inside the car and this was before I started vaping. I think some of the film comes from outside the car (that oily film on the road that the cars in front of you kick up) and enters through the air vents. Whether or not, for those of you who vape inside the car, that oily film contains nicotine, I don't know.

most oily films that are attached to windshields of cars are due to human moisture when exhaling and dirt/dust from the outside. also using any AC/heat in the car will also produce small amounts of moisture and attach to anything smooth IE glass. when i was a mechanic i would have to answer this questiona ll the time for non-smokers.

now does vaping produce something, i am not sure, but i vape in my truck all the time and i do not se anything that would leave me to believe this. but analogs, that ish is nasty :) yellow film of chemicals and tar and other junk in cigs.

Good question and one I was wondering about too.

Just finished 2200 mile road trip and vaped like crazy the entire trip. Noticed oily film on inside windshield and wondered about vape residue. Guess we need to find someone who does not smoke and does not vape and ask them if they get a film on inside of windshield.

I vape in the house and have not noticed anything. But I am only 3 months into vaping so maybe I don't notice the build up yet ??
