Does vaping menthol flavour cause you to have phlegm ?

Because when i smoke marlbolo ice blast or next chill i tend to have alot of phlegm and the feeling is very disturbing. Ever since i stop smoking red.

When i first started vaping, my body was cleansing itself out from e inside. During e initial part, I expelled a lot of phlegm built up over e years frm smoking, not vaping. It was uncomfortable at first but now, I breathe easy!

Nv had phlegm when i was smoking analog(Ice Blast, Black Menthol).

No phlegm either after i started vaping. And i have been on Menthol(With added Menthol flavouring) since the time i started.

WOW! Thats really helpful man. Because i started body building 1months ago, i pump alot of weights now and couldn't catch my breath have to stop and rest awhile it really breaks my workout effect.
