I apologize if this subject has been talked about already, but i couldnt find anything.

Ever sense i started vaping i noticed i have alot of phlegm backed up in the back of my throat and its really annoying to get out..

sometimes i wish i can just stick a syringe carefully down my throat and take it out. Now, of course, im not going to do that so does anyone know why im having this issue? is it because i quit smoking and so my body is discharging ?
is it the vg? or pg? i cant get it outtttttt lol:mad:

I would say its because of your recent switch. For me I noticed after 2 days of vaping I had zero phlegm as opposed to when i was smoking and hacking all day everyday.

I have also heard people having reactions to VG so try and use something with under 20 or 30% VG or go straight PG for a day or two and see if that helps.

Its probably your body overcompensating from now having no smoke. But just to be sure I would go to a doctor if its that bad, it could be a cold or virus or even pneumonia.

If its green that would indicate a sinus infection or something along those lines. If its dark or black, thats all the crud leaving your body from the years of smoking. Black is actually what you want to see in this case I would think lol

Hope you get better soon. Vape on!

It actually took about a week for mine to clear up. Even then it wasnt totally gone. I had the occasional hack of phlegm for another week or two.
