They used to but it's not on the dropdown menus right now. If you're interested in buying some at that nic level you might want to use their Contact Us page and ask about it.
You can order double or triple flavor by using the Custom E Liquid link on their page. Select the bottle size, pg/vg ratio and nic strength then click the Flavor 1 link and type in the name of the flavor you want. For double or triple flavor just enter the same name in the Flavor 2 and 3 links.
