Mine doesn't :(

I got the Ultimatum kit that has both the PCC with the charger and the other case, with no charger. THe one with the charger is fine, but the other one just will not stay closed.

If you so much as bump it the lid flies open. I tried adjusting that little tongue thing that latches but I just can't keep this thing closed.

Are they all like this or am I just lucky?

so are you just going around on ecf bashing on V4L? if you have issues with your stuff contact customer service and they will fix it. they always do.

Bashing?

No. Trying to have intelligent discourse with other people that may or may not have the same issues, yes.

So do you have anything to contribute?

I caried mine in my back pocket for months and had no problems at all, in fact wrestled with my son and other activities and no popping open -- you just probably got a bad latch and I know from my personal experience that V4L would replace it, np, all you have to do is tell them. they have great customer service and open about return policies -- maybe you crapped out on that case!!!:lol:

On another note, maybe a clasp or some other kind of latch WOULD be a good thing on the XL case, which are great but fall open sometimes (which makes sense since they don't latch) -- maybe a spring in the hinge.....:2c: -- just an idea for V4L for the future!

Interesting. I guess I am just one of the lucky ones. Thanks for the input.

yes i do, i havent had any problems with the three cases i have. the reason i was asking if you were bashing is because i saw in another thread were you wrote that all your cartos taste bad. why not talk to customer service before posting your complaints here? seems to me that maybe you just want to complain. if that is not the case, then i am sorry, and stand corrected.

Well, yes I did say all the cartos taste bad. But I am not one to go whining to a company demanding a refund, I would much rather talk to other people first to see what their experiences are.

At this point I am still not sure what to do, I seem to have rotten luck with everything I have from V4L, but that in and of itself doesn't mean I am bashing them. And it doesn't mean there is anything wrong with them.

I still just don't know what to do ... :(

Well, Bones, numerous intelligent members have told you what you should do in this and another thread you have open: contact customer service and tell them your concerns. So here is a suggestion from another member: contact customer service and talk to them. I'm confused as to what you don't understand and therefore, "don't know what to do"? If you think all of something tasted bad, how can others tell you what to do about that? We can't make you like the flavors. So everyone has told you the same thing, which is to contact customer service and talk to them about it. No one said you have to demand a refund. Tell them whatever you want. If you still refuse to do that, then you do sound like you are just complaining to complain, and not looking for help.
