If I didn't like throat hit I would not use nicotine in high PG juices. I cannot do zero nic juices though I try. However I made an effort to get my nicotine as low as I could. I am very sensitive to what flavors add throat sensation (not hit) because I am at a low nicotine level. I like hit. I am at a low nic level because I have circulation problems and I got my nic down so I could vape more and not get irregular heartbeats.
I don't make the additives. You are right I assumed QHit did was it claimed but apparently I was wrong. And the Vapornine one which a zero nic vaper recommended seems to no longer be sold. The TW one was recently highly recommend for peppery throat sensation by a zero nic vaper on the forum.
People who vape zero nic and want to feel something in their throat seem to appreciate peppery substitutes and flavors with a throat feeling of any kind. I personally think AVejucie uses capsacin to get that throat burn in their VG juices (it certainly felt like hot pepper and lasted far beyond the end of the drag).
I don't have a problem with advice to someone wanting to use 0 or low nicotine eliquid, that incorporates "additives" to eliquid. The key is to
CLEARLY distinguish that additives DO NOT provide true, good throat hit.
If you accurately characterize that some of these additives may provide a "throat sensation or irritation" as a
substitute for real throat hit, then, to me, that could be helpful for a person who needs to keep the nic level low. As long as they know that additives won't give them real throat hit, then that type of advice can be of value and not misleading.
