They got me off the cigs but poor/ inconsistant quality on the cartos and very inconsistant batterys and Passthroughs with the manual buttons and lack of any type of larger battery mod and high shipping costs have got me moving on to bigger and better things.

VaporNine has much better KR808 options and Nhaler better juices. Also lots of great juice box mods that kill the need for inconsistant V4Life cartos and batts. Problem with V4Life IMO is they try to offer too many flavors in the pre fill cartos instad of focusing on quality.

Wow! You really seem to have had some bad luck. I've placed four orders with V4L over the last month with no problems at all. The batteries have all worked flawlessly. I'm not into all of the mods so their selection is just fine with me.

I've bought around 2 dozen packs of cartos at V4L and only one single carto was bad. I figure this was more than compensated by the freebies they've thrown in my orders. I like several of their tobacco flavors, but then, taste is very subjective. I vape tobacco flavors almost exclusively. I'm not a fan of liquids that taste like candy.

Since I've had no problems with my orders I can't say too much about their customer service except that their shipping is very fast and accurate and the cost is all or mostly covered by their discounts. I've read here that they are more than willing to make things right for any who do have problems. So perhaps you should call them instead of flaming them.

They have become my main supplier for juice and cartos. I don't care for their cool carts but their premiums are great. You must have hit a glitch in the system or something. Sorry for your problems. Every supplier has their off days because they don't manufacture allot if not all the things they sell.

I hate their new cartos (the wow ones) they do suck, I did contact them and told them about it, they said they would replace, I said ok but I don't want the wow ones, guess what I got? Wow cartos are not good and I already moved on. A friend of mine has had alot of problems with her passthru button also.

I am very sorry you have had problems! I agree with Latakia, all suppliers have their problems. I have dealt with the best on the board and have had minor issues with each one. All do try to expand their products and keep up with the newest improvements.
To V4L's credit they are sticking to one line and trying out new things. Some sites I go to have 40/11 mods and models of e-cig..I go back a month later and they quit selling this mod or that and no longer carry parts for X model of E-cig. It gets frustrating.

I have been buying from V4L almost exclusively for 11 months...one of my original batts is still going strong, Others didn't last for very long, but longer then average. The 2 DOA's were replaced quickly. I am not a huge fan of the wow or cool carts but who cares, they weren't meant to last forever! By the time they wear out something else will replace them. At least they support their old types far into the new generation of cartos. (unlike AOL!)

I do love Inhaler, Drew is a peach, but how is their shipping costs better?
I also like Litecig, they have been good to me, but they have become heavy on mods and 10ml bottles of liquid.

The great thing about ECF is that you have lots of choices right on the board with plenty of fans and critics.

OK, so you're right on a few points: yes, the rebottled Dekang juice from V4L sucks...I can agree with you there. The passthroughs they sell are, agreeably, very inconsistent. The one I purchased had this bad habit of going between "hits like Mack truck" and "did I push the button??" on a regular basis.

Now, I *love* the V4L batteries. I think they probably make the best auto batt known to man. I don't think inconsistent is the right word for them...They do have this nasty habit of starting out great and tapering off to mediocrity in short order, though. The premium cartos are bad-..., too...Just don't run 'em hard and burn your lips like I did! V4L Premiums + 5V = big no-no! On any other device, these things own.

Try as you might, but you're not going to find another manufacturer of cartos that holds to the V4L standards. If that were the case, my 510 cartos would be lasting longer than two days. When I was rocking V4L cartos, I could squeeze a week out of a single carto!

There you go, my .02. Sorry you had such bad luck with V4L, hope it gets better! :)

I am waiting on my first order that will get me started vaping. It is from V4L. I read and read and it seemed like their rep was really good. Some seem to really like their carto's. LOL. I laid into the WOW ones. They sounded good. I guess I will think happy thoughts and hope for the best.

Not to worry, I also quit utilizing V4L cartos, they have great customer service. But I also recommend trying the the Vapornine Turbos, as they are also great cartos and work quite well with Vapor King batteries. The WOW's worked fine for me, as well as the premiums.

keyzygirl - I agree with you. I've had the occasional bad carto no matter where it was purchased from. We have to keep in mind this is still a new and imperfect market.

But, that said... I will also admit that I have had more problems with standad V4L cartos than any other brand. They seem to burn faster, not hold as much juice, take fewer refills, and I just go through them like water.

The Premiums and Cool Carts are better. I've only tried one of their WOW cartos, but I like it.

However, I've had really good luck with CigEasy and VaporNine.

And to be honest... even the generic cartos are better than the standard V4L's. But that's just my experience.

As far as their juice, that's personal preference. For me, it's hit and miss.

And their batts... I don't know, but I do know someone who must have half a dozen, and she seems very happy with them.

I've never had a problem with V4L. I've got literally hundreds of their premium blank cartos and haven't had a dud yet. They work especially well with a Wetbox, I might add. Also, I still use he batts I got from them from time to time, and they all work like new. The juice I got from there has all been pretty good, in my opinion. I got a bunch of the premium Cappuccino from them, and I still vape it at least every other day.

Not to mention that the folks at V4L have always been great to deal with. Mark and Steve are very nice people. I called Mark once about an order and we ended up chatting for around a half an hour while he helped me get exactly what I wanted. Steve has also bent over backwards for me. Service like that I won't forget any time soon.

And before anyone says "You're the ECF Forum Manager, you have to say nice things about the vendors here..." No, I don't. Granted, I won't badmouth any of the suppliers here, but if I didn't have something positive to say about them, I just wouldn't post anything.

I've got nothing but good things to say about V4L save I didn't like their juices too much. They truly have great customer service, great people, and they helped me stop smoking and I loved using their blanks, they worked great for me. However, like a lot of people I moved up to bigger and I think better hits:vapor::vapor::vapor: with mods but I would and do recommend to people to start with them, it simulates the analogs well and is easy to use, mods are for more advanced vaping.

Are the Turbos soft caps? I am currently using V4l cool carts on my Cigeasy Elegant...I don't like a hot lip

Turbos have soft, removable rubber caps and they don't get hot.

As for V4L, they were my first stop on my vaping journey and I will always be grateful to them. They took care of me well. Steve, Mark, Valerie, thanks.

Later on, like many other V4L veterans, I moved on to "bigger and better" things, fancier eliquids, blank cartos and carts, stronger and longer lasting batteries.

The irony of all this is that as I'm writing this, I'm actually using some old V4L batteries because my "bigger and better" Riva suddenly died and I'm awaiting a replacement. It's a good thing V4L makes really good kr808 batteries. They are still going strong after so many months... :vapor:

The V4L batts are no better or worse than any current KR808 batts. Very inconsistant quality and too airy or not airy enough.

Their juice and prefilled cartos are just plain average.

Prolly just outgrown stock KR808 stuff.... the cartos, juice and mods for KR808's available at other vendors are a definate step up.
