Don't Buy EPuffer!

I am brand new to vaping. I tried a variety of disposable brands. Most of them I didn't like. I really like Logic brand from the US. Lots of vapor, and I don't have to pull hard on them. I bought a bunch of them, but they are not sold here in Canada. I figured that it would make sense to get a non-disposable kit at some point.

Knowing very little about this stuff, I bought an epuffer nano kit. I just started experimenting with it today. What a waste of money! The battery lasts the equivalent of a few cigarettes. I need to pull insanely hard and slowly to get the tiniest amount of vapor out of it. The disposable cartridges are supposed to be equivalent to 2 packs of cigarettes...more like a few cigarettes. Some of the cartridges don't even work. I feel totally ripped off.

I just ordered an MVP 2.0 and some liquid. I'm hoping to have better success with this as a beginner kit. If I like it on the first day, I will order a backup and some more juice. I will then start planning on something more permanent.

Anyway, I thought it might be helpful for other beginners out there to know that epuffer is a waste of your money.

The Joyetech eRoll & the Halo G6 are both decent cig-a-likes.

I don't like the MVP because the tank is on top of the mod, which increases the risk of breaking it off. I use the VTR at home.

The MVP isn't very portable (nor is the VTR). On the go, I use a pocketful of eGo-C 400mAh 'shorty' batteries, an eGo-C Mega Dual Coil XL cartomizer, and an Innokin U-Can to carry extra juice.

If you want to successfully transition from smoking to vaping, you need to have a vaping device with you at all times. Maybe you'll like the MVP; but I doubt you'll carry it around with you. So, you might want to consider the eRoll or the G6 as portable devices, or go the eGo-C route for a portable solution.

Yeah, I've never tried the cig-looking e-cig's, but I imagine they're not that great. I skipped them and went straight into vaping with an eGo, which I LOVE.

For anyone getting started into vaping I would recommend getting an eGo-C Twist 1100mAh starter kit on Ebay. You can get one for like $18 on Ebay
with free shipping and I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed at all.

I have to say that I disagree with this statement. I have 2 MVP2s, and I carry one of them 98% of the time. I only use my EVOD twist batteries when I'm wearing a suit. The MVP2s are not as large as they look. With the tank off, the body is the same width and thickness as a regular size Altoids can. It is smaller in the last dimension. I use Mini Pro Tank 2s, which have never leaked in my pocket (so far). It travels easy.

And the #1 thing to avoid is dead batteries in the middle of the day. Vape all you want. You WILL get a full day out of the MVP2s.

I too have to say I absolutely LOVe my MVPs I have 2 of them use them all the time and I even use my car cell phone charger to charge them on the go if I need to. I think you made an absolutely excellent choice with the MVP 2. Enjoy you might want a different tank but I say HAVE FUN!!!

Thank you for your post. I does annoy me; the growth of companies selling poor products is depressing (although unsurprising).

There are companies that want to get into vaping and support the community, some just want to jump on the e-cig bandwagon while they can and make a few quick dollars.
