I have read some comments here of people going to the local pharmacy and buying one of these two products.
These are glycerins for external use only (marked with a P.) I asked at a few different pharmacies. There are warnings on the bottles that say if you get this in your eye that you should flush your eye out with water or seek medical attention. They also warn not to put this product in contact with open wounds and the sort so you shouldn't be using this in your e-juices.
You can buy PG and VG on Amazon or Rakuten.
