I use the 801 and keep spare carts in a pill bottle. I drive for a living so it's easier to just pop one off and pop another on. Touch them up at the end of my run and hit the road again. Tried the drip method. Not safe especially in my neck of the woods with mountain curves and suicidal deer, elk, and moose.

truckdrivingmouse you remind me of my bro-in-law. He and my sister team drive. He's expert at doing all sorts of things while driving a truck. I've seen it in action and it does make me rather nervous. :)

Bro-in-law and sister. Consenting adults with urges. nuff said!

Just drove to Dallas and back this week and on the way out, I was using prefilled pen carts with my passthrough and that worked great.

Unfortunately, my passthrough died soon after I arrived. I brought my 901 and it's passthrough with me but not enough carts for it. Ended up having to refill carts on the road. Very, very scary!

I finally decided to stop at rest stops to top of my 4 901 carts and keep moving down the road.

I really don't like the idea of dripping and driving anymore that I care for texting, talking on the phone or putting on mascara while driving.
I would hate to cause an accident because I was that distracted.

Everyone be careful ok! Plan ahead and if need, pull out of traffic to top off.

I agree gep. Can't you just see the headlines if one of us caused an accident while messing with our ecig? That kind of publicity we don't need. I use a handsfree phone and don't even do that unless I have to talk to the boss and such. That's why the prefilled carts work so well. I can do that without looking at it.

Haven't tried that yet. With my smartphone my driving has become increasingly reckless. Surfing google while on speaker, texting while on speaker etc. Never been in an accident tho *knock on wood*

Before you kill yourself trying to eat tomato soup while driving. The secret is cook it and put it in a travel mug with a lid.

It's all coming back to me now...it was raining...windshield wipers keeping time to the tune playing on the radio...the steady beat of rain on the sunroof....my mind wandering to the lack of vape coming from my Solar Flare 2012...the sudden urge to reach for my trusted eyeglass case full of liquid...eliquid that is....chinese brew.....nicotine through and through...I was in anticipatory glory...I reached for the bottle and removed the cap...all the while wipers and rain pounding my brain...then the sudden sound of a railroad crossing...the screech of brakes...the roar of the locomotive...the heart pounding realization that I was about to crash through the gates just as the train was hurriedly approaching...and that I wouldn't get that last throat hit of my favorite juice...what a tragedy, I thought, as I crashed through the gate...just missing the train as it roared by, it's horn blaring in a desperate attempt to ward me off the track...as I dropped my bottle of RY4!...horridly watching it roll under my seat...and out of my reach...franticly I searched and searched...keeping my eyes on the road listening to the ever pounding rain as it pelted the roof of my car...maddingly I grasped until I had to look down to see where my cherished juice had gone..that's when I heard the screech of several vehicles as I realized I was flying through a red light into the middle of a busy intersection where there was a parade of girl scouts crossing the street in joyous revelry under their girl scout brown umbrellas...I can't bear to say any more..but know this...I never saw my RY4 again.

And, did you need a clean pair of pants after all this?

LiquidVapor...that was a truly horrific story! I just don't know what to say to that. I hope that I am never in that situation. Why, if I ever lost my bottle of RY4...shudder to even think it.
I'm just now beginning to get over it...I fear I may have nightmares for years about not being able to find my RY4.

This post is so funny, funny in the way that I have tried the dripping and driving and almost went off one of those winding mountain roads. So now like many I can't wait for a stop sign, red light or car stalls so I can drip. But I learned my lesson it scared the heck out of me, so I just carry like 4-5 extra carts since my work involve a lot of driving.
