Um, Clouds of Vapor , Vision vivi nova $11.99 , not sure about version 2.5 though.
Just Google it and what comes up..

Best Wishes...

Oh and the topic , well I see some call it marketing I call it like it is, lying , yea they worked with the manufacturer in the design....lol ,bla , bla , bla ,and so did the other 35 e-cig vendors that carry the same product.
OK Here is there line of BS.....

(GotVapes worked extremely closely with the VISION team on the updating of the product from the start beginning with the original inception of the design idea and then followed up regularly over a period of months with testing and this continued with the version 2.5, They worked hard on this new system and we want to thank them for letting us work with them on their newest creation. Over 250 individual ViVi Novas were tested at the factory and by GotVapes with water, alcohol, pg, vg and mixes to ensure no leaking.)

Funny Clouds of Vapor has them as many other companies.

I don't know of anyone else that has the Nova 2.5's and the new rebuildable Stardusts. If you know, point the way, I'm all for better prices!

My experience's with GotVapes have been top notch..Great CS..I especially like the fact they are active in ECF forums..Working with customers to rectify any problems they might be having..

i have had problems, and they were right on top of it. had choice of reship, credit, or refund. cs is great.

I'm sure all of us have had atleast 1 bad experience, and I understand the right to vent about it. I really thought that was why we had vendor forums so that we could complain there. I stated it earlier, but I truly find this thread in poor taste. I find it that way because of where it is. This is our new members forum a lot of the people here are truly new to this. One of the first things they see shouldn't be the slamming of a vendor that most of us have had a great experience with. Yes they tend to be more expensive, but take your time to find a cheaper alternative then.

You're right. This isn't how a supplier issue should be handled. If a member has an issue with a product or supplier, we have a negative review section for that. The reason they should be posted there is because the supplier would be able to address the complaint. They are unable to do so in this section.

If you have an issue with your purchase that's where it should be addressed. If you want help with a product you've purchased member's here will help you with that.

We are free to post our opinions. If you buy something you're unhappy with you can say so. But to just dump and run- sorta poor form. But it is what it is. When the OP has 5 posts, we'll move this thread to the negative review section. As usual, opinions are fairly evenly balanced.

`The thing is, I have seen folks 100% trash suppliers because the supplier would not replace/refund money for bad cartomizers EVEN THOUGH on the vendors site they plainly state there is NO GUARANTEE on cartomizers.

When ANY buyer posts a non descriptive negative review in this or any forum it really doesn't tell the rest of us anything relevant. For all we know the buyer is acting in an unreasonable way AND if the vendor starts refunding everyone's money for things of this nature the rest of us will end up paying for it through higher prices.

I don't sell vaping supplies on line but I DO sell a product through the Internet and I have been held hostage to negative feed back and unreasonable buyer demands more than once. Sure I could just refund an unreasonable customers money but who REALLY pays for that? The reasonable customers, that's who.

Just MY opinion, but I'm a HUGE FAN of Gotvapes, and completely TRUST them to take care of me...because that's exactly what they've done. Plus, they have an extremely active forum here in ECF, and participate to make it a FUN experience for all who will join in.

If you want to be among 'the 1st' to try new products, Gotvapes is the 1st place I find them.

Sorry the OP had such a bad experience, but based on my OWN experiences with this vendor, I suspect a little 'follow through' by the customer would have yielded more satisfying results. (That's been my experience with Gotvapes, and it's the reason they have my 'repeat' business for nearly a year. :))

I sincerely wish the OP better luck with his next vendor experience, because having a good relationship with folks you trust is often important in this 'vaping' activity. :2c:

{EDIT: I just noticed my sig below. After 2 years of trying to make the switch to vaping, it was the GV fluxomizers that did the trick for me, in September 2011. They require a bit of 'fiddling' to make them work GREAT, but they're worth the effort (for me). I can't believe it's been almost 10 months since my last analog...thanks to Fluxos! :thumbs:}

I read through countless forums before I ever bought anything. I eventually settled with the ego-c type a starter kit. Those worked pretty well until I discovered that there is just no way to get them to not leak. My next purchase was with Gotvapes and I bought a couple of the "startdusts". One of them just didn't work very well.. very tight on the draw. I emailed them to of course find out they don't do returns or exchages and that I was basically SOL. So I'm out of a few bucks.. oh well. My next purchase was the phoenix TCs and it was then that I learned these guys are, excuse me please for my opinion, are blowin smoke up everyone's @$$es. Those were fresh on the market and they just wanna make a quick buck. They just didn't not work the way they swore up and down that they were supposed to. They leaked like crazy, good hit bad hit good hit burnt hit and then some more leaking. Samples and feedback and collaborating.. LMAO! That's a straight up load of bs. Because of this I just don't see them truly caring about the people they are selling to and I as a caring human being feel the need to tell others that are new to vaping to steer clear of GotVapes for obvious reasons. To all of you that have had a good experience with them I wish you all the best but I just don't see giving my money to a company that feels the need to straight up lie, call it marketing or whatever you want to, but to me if you're not actually doing what you say you are doing then that means you are lying and you are not to be trusted.
Allow me to apologize to anyone else I may have offended with the vendor bashing being my first post. My next purchase was with discountvapers. They have everything GotVapes has at the right price. "Phoenix BCs are nothing more that CE3s in a pretty box + and extra 1.95 and if you're going to be buying more than one box it can add up quick. Look at the pics between GotVapes and discountvapers. Exact same indvidual packaging, syringe and even the little instruction card. If you like spend a fairly noticeable amount of money for a pretty box go right ahead. But to all the newcomers take my advice
DONT GET GOT BY GOTVAPES!!!

I'm going to agree. I tend to stay out of these types of debates, but given that the staff from GV are prohibited from posting here and cannot respond (based on how I read the rules), it seems really unfair.

I get the idea that new members should see these types of issues and personal complaints, it's makes sense that they do, but the vendor should have the right to defend themselves - and in this forum they do not.

You were right to post your problems Jnn26, but perhaps if you had waited until the 6th post, those you wanted to warn would have been better served.

Great price on the Nova but I think that's a bigger one than I'm using. I think I have a 3ml or something. I'm not sure I want a 5ml,that's why I'm geeked about the smaller Nova coming. Maybe the 5ml is the one I'm using....dunno?

I'm using these and I have no idea why they are billed as 5ml tanks. The tank has graduated markes up to 2.8 ml and appears to hold about 3ml full.

DONT GET GOT BY GOTVAPES!!!

Only 2 things here:

1. I have dealt with Danno and Bad both directly on a frequent basis and they DO care about people as people not just customers.
2. You can compare pics with lots of their items and others vendors items but they have and do continue to try to improve their items direct with the factory

OK maybe 3

3. No matter where you go or who you buy from you can have problems with products. So are you going to make highly negative posts on those suppliers too when you run into them, cause you will.

OK maybe 4

4. I very rarely buy anything from them because I love my simple 808 horizontal coil cart setup. BUT the things I have bought worked fine. They just weren't to "MY" liking for "MY" vaping purposes. When vaping you go through LOTS of trial and error to find what you like and yes sometimes you get something that doesn't work quite right, but I am sure they are not the only vendor that produces those items.

~My rule of thumb, if I don't like how something turned out with a vendor - I don't buy from them again, but I don't go around bashing them.

Good day

Almost the same, but I will advise others to not purchase from them either.

For every one complaint there's 9 customers who just stop buying from you. Every complaint leads to 5 people being told by word of mouth. That is the rule we used when I was working restaurants, and I'm pretty sure it's the common rule with any industry.

There IS a difference between a rant and a constructive complaint, but that's up to the customer to decide. The end result is the same.

Last, get your 5 in, get to their forum, start a dialogue. I don't know gv, but if they're worth anything they'll do what they can to keep you as a returning customer. Ecigs have many replaceable/disposable parts, and a vendor would rather you come back for them than to go elsewhere. I imagine the mark-up on the tidbits is higher than full kits, at least from my whoppin' 1 day of browsing alibaba.

OK , OK , I was informed by a Got Vapes, team member / co-owner . That they did have imput on the updateing and re-designing the Vision vivi nova tank system and also the name was there idea . I know it seems like a streach of the truth to me too , however I did see recognition from a manufacturer giving them praise for the assistance and help.

So I was wrong about saying they were liying , they did have a part in the design , naming, testing , ect...
I was informed by PM from a Got Vapes representative.

I applaud you for coming back to correct your post. Many would have just said nothing.
It does make sense to me that the manufacturers would alpha test new designs with a few established vendors.

Maybe it's just me, but I tend to Google products by name and compare prices. You also have to compare shipping and handling costs as well and make sure the product is what you expected it to be, by name and size if applicable. I read the reviews just to see what people say about the product and the vendor's service. Then, I look at the warranty. Some vendors warranty for 7 days or 30 days. Sometimes, you find a vendor with one year warranties where others have 30 days.

Caveat Emptor.
