Hello - Analogs is the term used for regular, conventional cigarettes (electronic cigarettes = digital) sorry about that. It's debatable if the term analogs should even be used but it is the commonly used term.

So if you decrease the number of regular (analog) cigarettes you smoke even by 1 and go down slowly you are still heading in the right direction.

Im so new to this, i have no idea on people's lingo. I just bought a vape and i am just using it. It works but i what to know all the wonders of it.
