I have been at this for over four months now. Went from 2-3 packs a day to 1 and a half to 2 packs a day, to 1 pack a day, to half a pack a day, to 5 a day, to 4 a day, to 3 a day, to 2 a day, to 1 a day.

I have been at 1 cigarette a day for 3 days now, and thanks to my Provari giving me a consistant throat hit all the time, It is not bothering me that much only smoking 1 a day.

Once this pack is finished (17 more days), I am going to try not to smoke any more cigarettes.

Thanks to all of you for your continued support...:)

You can do it. I started vaping when I was a 2 pack a day smoker and almost instantly was down to 4-8 cigs per day. It took almost 3 months to get smoke free but now it has turned into a hobby. 35 years of cigs is enough for me so as long as I spend less money than cigs cost I can have alot of fun at this and still buy alot of "Toys" and supplies while having fun at the same time. Stick with it!

Y'know, you can cut down even further... down to one every two days or one every three days ;)
Makes that last pack last a whole lot longer (and you get to really impress yourself when you finally quit and still have ONE left and it's there forever - you can bronze the thing LOL).
I didn't - but I kinda wish I had....

I just looked because I've been curious for ages but didn't want to look and I have seven packs sitting in a box (remnants of my last carton) - and there they will stay until I find someone gullible enough to accept really stale crap (but they have to be someone I really don't like).

It's been three years, as of today, for me!
YOU CAN DO IT!
