They make it sound like there is a particular strain of liquids that are problematic and have been banned yet has a strong underground, black market following. Typical fear mongering. The truth is? Is this one of those countries that banned nic liquid altogether, like Australia? NZ?
Of course they're doing the underground thing, they are still weaning off of nic!
Hopefully someone in the know can chime in.
