I realize that the Doc is a good ally in the E Cig war, but after spending much time reading his blog and reading the comments from a lot of very well versed smoking advocates, I personally don't like his overall attitude. The SHS issue is so questionable, much more so now that I've read about how a lot of the "body of evidence" was created that he really needs to get into a discussion with some of these people and defend his stance.
I'm not going to say smoking isn't bad for you individually, but there is no need to give up personal freedoms and for owners to be told how they should operate their businesses. With the direction of companies not hiring users of nicotine, there is no reason that an establishment that wants to allow smoking shouldn't be able to only hire those not opposed to smoking and let the public know that their business is a smoking establishment. Let the market determine success where government does now. JMHO
