So a few weeks back, I bought a new mech from Dragonfly eCigs - Distributor of a very large variety of MOD electronic cigarette starter kits, - It was a great little mech for hauling around all day. Well, through my own stupidity, I ended up hosing the top-cap to the point that I couldn't use it. I sent an email to Dragonfly's customer support address, and received a reply (on a Sunday evening) from James.
I explained the situation to him, and that I was fully willing to pay for a replacement top-cap, as it was my own idiocy that caused the problem. He stated that they didn't have any spare parts for that mod, but he would speak with his supplier to see if they could provide one. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part, either.
After about a week of waiting, I received another email from James saying that he had one on his demo unit that he would send to me. I thanked him, and awaited an invoice for the part. An invoice never came, but lo-and-behold, in my mailbox today was a package. In it was not the top cap, but instead the entire demo unit.
I can't say how much I appreciated it, as this was my favorite mech, and I was really not looking forward to spending the money on a whole new one (It wasn't the most expensive mech ever, but it was significantly more than the low-end beater I started with).
To James, and all the folks over at Dragonfly, Thank you! You've earned my repeat business over and over again.
