The most likely place is the coil being to low and touching the deck. If your wick is too fat, the chimney can drag against it as you're screwing it on and pull the coil down. If you're using the supplied silica, wrap it clock wise (same direction as chimney screws on) above the channels and cut it just past the channels. There's a link in this thread that shows a good way to set it up with silica. Start it at about 11:20 to see the wicks. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/375203-anyone-have-new-kayfun-clone-aka-dream-bt804-tank-4.html#post8551776 Edit: Here's another vid. Start it at about 6:00 to see the wicks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32um1M1B6vc

If you notice the ledge above the channels it's only about 1/16th inch so you don't want too fat of a wick in there. You can unravel the silica a little so that it doesn't get choked.

Thrasher and JD1, thank you so much for the info

You're welcome. Let us know how it goes. I have four of the 804s now and they've about ruined me for everything else I have. At first I covered about half of the air hole with scotch tape until I got used to the loose draw, then just pulled it off. Now everything else seems way to tight of a draw lol.

Another thing you might want to experiment with is the so called micro coil. I wrap my coils at about 1/16th inside diameter and real close together. I'm using cheese cloth for wicks but it works with silica as well. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...271-micro-coils-increase-vapor-flavor-th.html
