Drill Da Hole!

Hi,

Can anyone advise on how should we drill the additional airholes on atomizers cap ourselves?

I found the drill bits, but can we drill the hole without using an electrical drill?

I've tried to enlarge the holes using the wine opener but instead of the hole becoming wider, the wine opener became smaller..

If to widen the hole , small diamond file will do , daiso got sell.

I think it will be very hard to drill a new hole without a drill press. But to widen a hole, I use a pin vise and micro drill bits.

I also use the pin vise to make micro coils (hold wire and drill bit in the vise).
