Anyone done this yet? I'm working on my dual coil cap, and this sucker is seriously hard to drill. I've drilled both my cyclone and divo (both stainless, no?) without a problem, but this guy is either really thick or I need a new bit. Anyone else have the same issue?

I think you're right about the bit. I ended up getting it done using a round file.
I drilled mine out to 5/64" and it's amazing! But yeah, my power-drill was broken, so after trying with a hand-drill for half an hour unsuccessfully (because I'm stubborn), I finally took it in to a machinist at work, and he brought it to me 2 minutes later all nice and perfect, ha ha.
