Matty, you will probably need a very snug-fitting flat blade screwdriver to screw the post into the new insulator, and a means to clamp the atty base. I think it will be tight to screw in, because they are tight to get out. If you don't have a good fit with the screwdriver you will likely damage the screw head when you attempt to put it all back together.

I did try cleaning it and blowing through it but the clogging never got better. Hopefully I'll have it back together by the end of the week. Till then, I'm with the RM2. Almost tempted to order a RM3 just to have.

I like the cyclone myself. I like the low profile, the bigger RBA's remind me of the tube mod. They keep getting longer and longer.
Just my opinion.

That's what I'm afraid of. I'm actually just considering buying a new one.

Well it didn't end well :(. I was able to press the new insulator in and then press the screw in up to the threaded portion. I got about five turns of the screw in before the flat head top let go. I then thought I could use some pliers to turn it in that way but it didn't work because of the lack of downward pressure. So now I have a cyclone with the pin sticking half way out the bottom. I'm thinking of melting the insulator with a torch and then just send the whole thing to chowderhead. Maybe he can figure out what to do with it. At this point it looks like I need a new center pin so who knows. What a PITA. My REO is just sitting there looking at me asking WHY?????
