I'm using VTC5's with this mod and defintely not pushing the limits, however it seems (to me as a total newbie) that this clone is lacking in the vent hole department. Its been fine the way it is, but I was thinking how easy it would be to have a B&M drill a couple of holes in it (just for safety sake). I have concerns that debris could find it's way inside the mod and caused problems, and am confident that the manufacturer knows what it's doing, so my question is… is this a good idea to have done or not. And if so , what size hole would be adequate?

Well, mine has fair air exiting at the switch and If anything did start to go south, one flip and my topper backs out enough for the 2 top holes to vent.

Personally, I would not trust a B & M to modify a Mechanical mod. Adding/Enlarging Air holes is a bit less risky.

You can file 2 grooves along the switch button yourself if desired.
