Drip or "tank" Phoenix?

I've heard there are two types of the Phoenix, yet I haven't seen any online. I disdain dripping, I almost always flood and it seems like I'm refilling every 5 mins. Is there a type of Phoenix that holds 1 ml or more?

I think there was a "cartomizer" kinda like the CE3's that was called "Phoenix" also.
