I think I might need one of these. I seldom do drip, but when I do, I get tired of the continual slow niquid ooze that one must deal with while dripping.

Sooooo... where is the best place to purchase one of these, preferably in some sort of metal? I don't want to spend a whole lot of $$ on it and it will need to fit an eGo threaded battery. (I assume they screw into the threads that normally would have the cone part screwed onto - but please correct me if I am wrong in that assumption).

TIA!

To stop the "ooze" you will need more of a seal than a drip shield alone can provide. A sealed 510-510 connector will stop the juice that wants to come out of the bottom and the drip shield will stop the juice that wants to come out of the vents at the top of the threads. Drip shields, originally designed for dripping in a 901, work great for this.

I don't know if this is the "best" nor exactly what you are looking for, but I use these on my APV that does not have a drip cup.
510-510 Adapter (Sealed)
Limited Edition 901 Drip Shield

But since you have an eGo, you can bypass the sealed connector with this one Empire eGo Spiral Drip Shield (Well, whenever they get more stock in...)

I would think an internet search engine looking for either 901 drip shields or eGo drip shields would turn up quite a few more results. There are many great vendors who carry drip shields and I've only mentioned one and only because they make a style that I find appealing.
