Drip tip dimension standards

Can anybody help me with some drip tip dimensions?

I'm only concerned with the stem that inserts into a 510 carto or tank cap. I am trying to figure out if there's a standard diameter, stem length, o-ring groove dimension away from the end of the stem, etc. Have you found that some dimensions work or fit better than others?

I've measured about 6 drip tips of mine and they all vary wildly in all dimensions. What sizes work best for you?

I've found that with my 510 drip tips that don't fit properly it's due to the oring size. Some are too thin so the drip tip doesn't fit snug. Others are too thick and are hard to insert in a carto. The diameter of the base is probably standard but the size of orings used isn't. I've solved this problem by replacing the oring.
