Aka 38001 Premium CA Tire Glue New | eBay

AKA CA glue is one of the top glues used in RC. it's great for small work because it comes with a small applicator tube. you cut the tube to maybe 1/2" length, insert it into the pour spout, apply it and dispose of the used portion of tubing. store the remainder for later usage.

you can get "better" glue, but not with the fine applicator tube and it's likely not any better for your application.

I'm not sure if they would really be better for the cold or not, but have you ever considered using glass drip tips? They should warm up a lot faster than metal drip tips, shouldn't cause a sticking issue, and are non-corrosive. I just figured since your drip tips aren't breaking from you dropping them, you might have better luck!
