I have a moto plus which I believe is set at 60w that you can't adjust, you can adjust airflow though, I'm using 0.5 coil and I feel the tank with juice but my coils burn out really fast, I don't chain vape and I prime the coils, am I supposed to be putting liquid in the drip tip also?? And if so do I have to keep feeling the drip tip so my coils don't burn?

The battery output is set to 3.9v. That means the watts (on a reasonably well-charged battery, with the 0.5ohm coil) will be about 30 watts.

30 watts is too much for some atomizers. They are 'rated' at 20-35 watts so they should work. However, having looked around the website for 'moto' it's hard to say if they are actually a good product. They might be, but it's all too expensive, regardless.

Is there a setup that you would recommend that is affordable and decent?
If you are having trouble with the atomizer heads (coils) you could buy a tank with coils (a good one) that would work for 3.9 volts.
A lot depends on how 'strong' you want to vape. If the 0.5ohm was the right power for you, have a look at some other tanks with 0.5ohm (30 watts).
Aspire Cleito does a 0.4ohm. Joyetech Cubis does a 0.5ohm. There are Kanger topfill tanks with 0.5ohm coils.. SSOCC.
A 1.2ohm would be a weak vape, even for me.

Ok cool I will be sure to look into those tanks, one more thing though, I notice when I put a few drops in the drip tip it works very well but when I try to just vape the 4ml of juice I have in the tank it taste burnt, am I not doing this right? It almost seems as if the juice you fill the tank up with is useless or I'm going about this completely wrong
