its a mouthpiece with a hole going through the middle of it, so you can drop liquid directly onto the atomizer without taking the mouthpiece off.

Here you go QSSV.....
Think of it as simply a Cigar Tip.....because it fits into any V4L Cartomizer you can use any V4L battery with it. Do not drip directly into the Drip Tip if used with V4L Cartomizers.

Pull it off with ease to fill carto,drip in tip to fill atty,use on cartos to avoid heat on lips.
You need to take off the little white mouth piece with a paper clip to refill your cartomizers, but with the Drip Tip you just pull it off so it makes refilling easier, and the Drip Tip feels better in you mouth and doesn't get hot on your lips like a carto sometimes does.

A drip tip replaces the soft white cap on a cartomizer. They can be used with any V4L cart (Premium CoolCart, WOW, WOW VG, or blanks). The drip tip simply slides into the spot where the white cap was (so you can use it with either an automatic or manual battery).
V4L highly recommends using a manual battery for filling carts yourself. Manual batteries are completely sealed; while automatic batteries are not sealed - and liquid tends to drip into it and ruin the battery.
Only with over filling Ms. Audrey. Syringe filling helps prevent that issue very well.
