Drip Tips- all seem too short, or too long

I'm still trying to find my Goldilocks drip tip; but everything that I find is either too short, or too long (in non-metal.) I should start by saying that I just can't do metal drip tips, which I think is the issue. There seem to be lots of nice options if I could do it.

Example in the picture below. The small one is a shorty, the tall one is your standard tip size- and I'm looking for a nice simple in between in anything other that metal. The metal one is one of the two metal tips that come with the Silo tank, and this would be a perfect size, but they always seem to be metal.

I've gotten close to 45 drip tips from fast tech....but none are that right middle ground size. Anyone have any recommendations?

I should mention that I'm vaping on a Silo or Nautilus, so I'm not looking for wide bore. More of just a standard airflow. But some nice options otherwise, thanks.

Have you tried the RSM pyrex? They are not too long (to me at least), and not too short. Plus it's not metal, but the base is, unless that's an issue also.

Just googled, and great call. This is pretty close to what I'm after. I got a generic version of one of these once, but it seemed to be held down by glue that gave pretty quickly. Do you know of a good place to get these?

I've had mine for about a year and half (give or take a few months ) and all of them have held up fine during my "sub-ohm" days. If you're able to post a "wanted" ad I'm sure there are members on here willing to let one go for a reasonable price.

I'm confused Drysprocket --

Most of my Shorties are 3/4" full length and my "regular" are 1" and the picture sure looks more than 1/4" difference. It looks like a bit bigger one, perhaps 1 1/8" --- same height, or shorter, than many of the FT ming shapes. Just for into, the Cherry Vape Pawns are 1" total. I have a feeling you are looking for 7/8" total -- and most of those are wide bore.

I suggest you check out Pinnacle tips at Discount Vapers. Lewis Gentry has made a unique style that is available now in limited colors that might be exactly what you are looking for. Personally, I really like his 1" comforts. They have a small bore and are comfortable--and there may be one in silver/grey that might be perfect for you. There is also a thread at the Discount Vapers Area for Pinnacle and I'm sure Lewis could make you something you would love at a much cheaper price than many custom tips.

Also, a place you may not have thought to look is Nhaler. Last time I checked they had a nice assortment of older better made and styled "regular" tips that aren't as bulky. I do believe their shorties are 3/4" total, but their regular 1" styles might be close enough to what you want.

I have bought a few good pyrex tips from vendors on Ebay.

Also, ByLeo makes pyrex tips in 10 and 20mm...

If ordering from them, you might add a "Beck" - it's a funnel that "concentrates" the vapor/flavor on it's way to the tip.
Some tips have a built-in "Beck" or else you can add a beck as an adapter - which would make your 10 about 15mm, which might be what you're looking for...?

Great idea. One could also use a beck with a shorty to get that 20mm/7/8" height.

Here's two new designs/shapes Pinnacle is starting to do with a 5mm bore. They are shown in 1" and 1 1/4", but could be made shorter with smaller bores, if requested. The metal insert goes just shy of the very top, but is shaped for a very smooth transaction.
